So --- I have completed my catch-up reading on the thread, and let me see if I got this straight.

We are reading the 10-Q to say "Help -- I've fallen and I can't get up"

Or we see a smart legal strategy, even to the shock of our customers and stockholders, to show a poor company reflection.

Regardles, our attorney friend is looking at a date 30 days from the entry of a judgement as a sort of "D-Day" for corporate action.

Lastly, If memory serves me correctly, if there was a buyout of FSCX, the best form would be an asset sale so that the legal liability can die with the remaining shell (of which I would be the proud owner of 2,000 pieces of wallpaper).

So ... what is all the fuss about folks? ROTFL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay -- I am sitting tight, waiting for the 30 days from judgement date. Could someone please post this date for us to follow?
