Dear Jenna, let me narrow my list to the shortterm plays. Have You got any opinion about them ?
PAUH .. Paul Harris: $11,5. Apparel retailing. PSR rating of 0.25, company growing. Chart shows saucer-shaped pattern (rounding bottom). Company growing nicely (LTG = 30%), last week it broke out of its base ($10,5) with a volume explosion. I think it got room to at least $15 shortterm and $20-$30 longterm
REMI .. Resource Bankshares: $15,75 Mortgage, undervalued (PSR) in comparison to industry, volume explosion last week
SEMX .. Semiconductor Packaging, $7,88, estimates were just reduced by 1 cents because of AFC, company issued NO warning (seems it should be inline) bUT stock went down from $14 to $7. looks not only undervalued but ripe for explosion. Earnings reported in April (don't know when exactly)
DK .. Donna Karan: apparel retailing, $ 12.75, new management, bad quarter behind them (restructuring). Company is on the cash-flow nice licensing strategy, licensing their name out to many products in exchange for $$$. This is much cheaper to generate earnings and should faciliate the turnaround for the company. I predict near term target of $17, longterm to almost $30. PSR rating low, Merril Lynch issued a buy on them..
Last but not least a play that already is rocking but I feel got some room left: it's MPDI (Microwave Power Devices), in a similiar field like ANEN. It's the major supplier of RF-amplifiers to LU, which in turn is capitalizing on failures of MOT and some others. I got into MPDI around $6.5. Now it's $8.5 but I feel it could get to $12 shortterm and almost $20 longterm. Genesis issued a buy on this one Friday..
regards CROSSY
