Bill, here's one for ya. How about MDIN offer to buy back 14,400,000 million shares from NPEC. They could say buy them back for .75 and retire 14,400,000 shares. Thus leaving 26,000,000. With all these forward looking statements, they could increase book value by 60%. In other words instead of being a six dollar stock you become a nine dollar stock. It didn't cost 14,400,000 * $3 (the increase in value from 6 to 9) = $52,000,000 but 10,000,000. A savings of 40,000,000 bucks. NPEC would have a war chest of $10,000,000 and retain their 20% in all the applicable properties, and could even start acquiring additional properties. MDIN would have less shares outstanding (35%) less to gain 60% book value....Hmmmmmmmm How sharp is our management team!!!!!
p.s. To make this all work you have to crucify the MM's that are short, and in my opinion the only way to do that is to get help. You can't go it alone. They dictate where your stock goes, and if you have nothing to hide ya bring in the NASD or SEC. That way when their butts get handed to them and their licenses shreaded, they won't have the chance to do it all over again. If you keep trying to play a game of cat and mouse with purchases, they have the power on paper to sell and create phantom shares. You have to end this. So where is management taking us. Are they looking out for the best interest of shareholders. We will soon know.
