"Lots of times after I bought, price went down but when I sold, stocks shot up." - Hey AT, you training this guy? (just teasing) - that happens to everyone. Paper trade your picks first to se if they are viable. Tuesday night I will be posting a 5 part explanation of how to create a Weekly portfolio - stay tuned.

Crossy - The best way to know what kind of picks/dialogue any thread has is to read past postings. But this is a nice bunch of people - post your picks and state what they are for (short/long/immediate/etc.). We will all work with what is offered us...

AT - As for selling what would constitute a large percentage of share traded on a given day, the key is to limit your sell so that it isn't filled unless it at some reasonable price - albeit lower than the day's range, not lower than the last 3-4 days minimum.

ANAD - given th end of day trading Friday, it may have bottomed, but doing so doesn' men that a stock will rebound from there - it could hjust hang around and irritate you for awhile.
