Naxos has more potential and fascination to it than any other company I have invested in. Even Dick H. and Johnny N. seem to agree on that when reading through the lines of their latest posts. But why ?

Different thought : Everyone talks about interim or past management as if there was or is one. I disagree. Naxos was and is not managed at all. King Jimmy John ruled his club the way he needed it, hoping to build a viable operation some day, but always with his focus on getting more shares by trading out high and buying in cheap forgetting that "his" company is a public one which means he had fiduciary duties. It is to early to talk about investigating those duties and the way they were performed, but it is not to early to question the duties performed by his jokers(aka management)especially Matt Walters who apparently is involved in a lot of little "kingdom" secret operations. Not so secret anymore.

Many years later it is 1998, and shareholders (servants) did a revolution. We now are on the search for a new management(hopefully not a king) with real professional skills like engineers, geologists, businessmen(successful),PR specialists, well connected lobbyists and other so needed professions including financing heavyweights. As I recall business school, management consists not of a board of directors but of above mentioned operatives and not of a single CEO(king) either. Operating knowledgeable directors with own duties will do miracles, which is no trick considering the past.

Anybody agree with me?
