Hi Pat,I have finally figured out the most probable scenario. Siemens buys Newbridge and Newbridge turns around and buys Ascend.What do you think of this possibility? Intersting thought... this could be a win for investors short term but it would be horrible long term for ASND. WHat a mess this would make - a German, Canadian and West Coast company. This would take years to sort through. Cisco would love this one. Gary
