Hi Doug, I think what you say is good general advice. I do investigate a company to know what it is I'm buying. I do not have any shares of PSTC and I am not presently planning to buy any. The PSTC thread was interesting to me. In trying to find out more information (and verify that which was posted) I found precious little available on the net. I could not locate ANYTHING on this company through EDGAR yet I could get current quotes. [First warning: lack of good information.] Eventually I found two BusinessWire articles which seemed to corroborate most of what was being said... but the investment prospects seemed (to me) to be an utter crap shoot; especially since there was almost no volume to speak of, along with a huge spread.
