To Arthur Tang:

Dear Arthur: I have been reading your often cryptic messages to yourself and others since you began the thread. I have spoken to Mr. Jensen in the past myself. Obviously the news that Comp 2000 is going to unload AQS or sold it is the central point for discussion now.
Is this a done deal? Is it over? Are we just watching the death as you indicated? Will the stock really trade again? Can one even get quotes on it anymore? Is it true, as it appears, that no one at the company has any say at all in the company's right to continue to exist in view of all the money Comp 2000 put into AQS? Is there any chance that Comp 2000 will give shareholders any shares in exchange for ours? I realise I am probably dreaming on this last question!

Anyway, to me the most extraordinary fact is that after the recent negative news from Germany we have heard nothing from AQS about what it hopes to do to survive?

My sense from you Arthur is you think it is over? Am I right? What hope is there for any of the investors to salvage anything?

I look forward to your response.

John H
