Would not put much credence in the rumor but agree that some change would be regarded as a positive step.

Remember--these guys including H&Q have millions at stake not thousands or a 100 G or so.

Add up the numbers--If H&Q as a leader could force a proxy battle--they might win the battle--well what would they gain--I happen to believe that Covey can and should play an instrumental roll in the R&D--look at what he did do--when he came back from the University of Chicago he had to redirect the entire R&D effort--purchase new "object oriented technology"--fire Ford--fire Barkowski--bring in new staff and contract out a crash program (India) to write the stuff. Well he did it in two years and probably knows more of the inner working of the product than anyone except Shakir.

It is critical in my opinion (customer confidence) that the original plan be implemented--that is Stuek becomes CEO in November and Covey stays as Chairman of the Board--no one said it would be smoothe--why would anyone expect that.

Stuek has been on board for less than one quarter--will meet him (hopefully) on the 14th at the annual meeting.

Got my copy of the annual report--thought it was an excellent document-- if it were up to me every customer and potential customer would have a copy PRONTO!!

By the way there is a CD in the cover of the report--tried to open it to get the contents--was not successful. Requires a Netscape or Microsoft Browser--I have neither and am not inclined to muck around in my files at present. Definitely would not reinstall the Microsoft Internet explorer to set up a "browser" for a one time event, considering all the problems that file caused me.

PS: sure is nice to turn this baby on and have it do what I expect and was promised. I know there is a lot more to learn but at least I am on the positive side of the learning curve--got my dialer working and can now use the computer for "telephony".

Let me know if there is anything in the CD that is different than the report.

By the way--comments on Yahoo are definitely much higher quality--comments about capitalization very enlightening--last comment was really to the point--sell more and the % of capitalization as a % of revenue decreases--well that is what the plan is--but two months is not enough time.
