This means they would have to force MM's to make a market in the stock, but if GM keeps the market closed after OTC compliance approval, then that should prove interesting. I only wish that everyone would be as persistent as your friend, as approx. 400k that I dropped off of the list last month would apply tons more forward pressure on the shorts to cover, but I guess that I'm just blowing smoke!
Remember that RMIL (OVIS) went to $4 without any RMCW deal, and was walked down by the MM's and the few that sold off their shares. Also remember that we as a group of VERIFIED certificate and unverified shareholders own an estimated 1 million over the legal float alone, and this is missing some 200-250 other shareholders!
I say, stay strong and get on the brokerage firms backsides for those remaining certificates! It all comes down to everyone of us shareholders applying the pressure on the illegal shorts with or without RMCW, Palco, etc!
