Pugs, What are you implying?? Are you saying that if the "investor" chooses not to place $10 million with a company that is planning on merging with another company under SEC investigation, that he will be sued?? Come on..... even you don't believe that... Do you?? Contracts are broken each and every day and unless they included an escape proof clause (unlikely), that option may extend to until he/she has a better idea of what the SEC ultimately turns up.
