Ramsey,

According to what I'm reading, Japan will not have an excess to put into South Korea, needing funds for their own problems. They have been pulling monies out of the US, HK, China, and ASEAN banks.

China/HK has had an influx of monies from the US, Europe, and the Middle East that has more or less offset the loss of Japan's funds. I imagine this will have to be the source of investment for S.Korea.

For what it's worth,
Ron
