As far as CyberCash, I'm still researching, as far as I can tell they are some sort of middle ware for merchant to merchant transactions (mostly credit card based). I don't think CyberCash is a direct competitor, but down the road who knows. If checkfree took a 5% interest in CyberCash It wouldn't be a bad thing.IMO
