Brooks if you look at the statement.........."The only company with a proven, in-market tested solution for electronic billing and payment, CheckFree has contracts with 23 of the nation's largest billers, as well as the largest statement processor, for electronic bill presentment. In addition, Atlanta-based CheckFree will announce soon the full market launch of bill presentment for some of the largest billers in the world. Combined, these billers represent nearly 400 million billing and payment transactions per month."

Read it exactly........the contracts are for 'electronic bill presentment'

IBS is using CYCH as payments processor, not CKFR. IBS btw is doing this on a 4 way distribution.

1) Biller Web Site.

2) Biller to Concentrator

3) Biller to PFM.

4) Biller to Consumer via e-Mail.

Checkfree participates in 1, 2 & 3.
