Agree with your comments. I don't quite understand what Covey would be fighting with Stuek or H&Q about. They should all want the stock higher and Stuek was brought on board to do the day-to-day running of the company in sales, profits,expenses, etc. These are things that Covey has NOT done a good job at. Also agree that Covey would do a much better job at R&D than Stuek. The question is: Does Covey want to spend large amounts on new product development vs. the more boring servicing what they have now and expanding their sales and service operations? I think the bulk of the money should be on the second alternative. Without establishing a good reputation for service, quality of existing products, and management support to customers they won't be able to sell new products anyway. This might be what the battle is about. I'm sure Stuek and H&Q want the second choice also.
