LOL...Your steak and A-1 sauce analogy is an imaginative one, but I feel a very good point that has gotten lost in the share resolution shuffle. You are right...if the lawyers say the situation is resolvable, then that is why they are paying them...to let them do their job. However, their lawyers cannot go get them contracts or introduce new BIO products. If management does what they say they are doing, then the value of the stock will continue to increase regardless of the size of the float(which we are not sure exactly what that is). This stock did go to .27 with an even higher "float" in Sept. before the preferred shares were exchanged, so anything is possible. Like you, I hope we get some great news soon and lots more in the months to come. Everyone here certainly deserves that. Regards... Mufasa
