I live about 2 hours from Houston and get there every Saturday. I'll make a few phone calls tomorrow and see about checking the company out during the week for you.
The new name is actually "Energy Drilling Ind., Inc".. They were Texas Barbecue until December last year when they began acquisition of privately held companies. Pitts & Spitts, part of the original company, makes about the best BBQ's pits in the world.

I'd like to get information on the number of shares outstanding, restricted, insider holdings, float, etc. I'll ask tomorrow and post what information I find.
BTW I caution anyone to do their own DD before investing in any stock, particularly a penny stock.
