Bill -

How did you find out about Wasatch in the first place? From what I can see they never had more than 1 or 2 employees. Loaned KIWI about a $1 million which must have come from you and others buying the stock. They haven't filed their SEC stuff for months. Now I hear that loan to KIWI is owned by Aviation Industries in New Jersey. Also, a company with a couple employees. Curiously, Mr. Logan is the President of Aviation Industries just like he was for Wasatch. He is also trying to get Sun Jet out of bankruptcy.

Anybody know why the market makers in this stock did not do any due diligence? Guy I talked to said he got his info from the Mark Shultz web site. Based on what's up there, it looks to me like Mr. Logan wrote that stuff for Shultz. Great...everyone bought stock based on the fantasy of this 29 year old kid who is now charged in a fraud case by some of the Wasatch investors in Texas.

Anyone know anything about this case. I read about it in the Newark Star Ledger. Some Dr's got burned on Wasatch and got an ex-SEC attorney to bring a fraud case in Federal Court against Mr. Logan. That's all I know. Maybe we should put together a group to piggy back and get some money back too.
