For what its worth I spoke with two people at the co. friday. Bob Tomz and Matt ?(forgot last name). I inquired about shares outstanding and yes 270ml is the number, BUT, always a but, 90% of that is held by Goerge Katz the Ceo/founder. He has made it very clear that he will NOT be selling any shares, they ssured me that this was not going to change in the near future. The remaining shares consisit of NO more than 15ml in the public float, the remaining is restricted until 9/99. Originaly the public float was 8ml but 7ml more was added when they became involved with the other water co. I only see upside from here on Monday.
