Bought Ultimate race pro...(racing is not my favorite type of game)
I am very impressed with it though..I almost went out and bought a wheel for the game (which says alot in my case)..The grahpics look great..but I do have a voodoo2 card ;) They also sold out the first day at all the software etc stores..but I think only 3,4 copies came in the first shipment

Waiting for M1 tank platoon to get to the stores in hawaii..
I have heard great reviews..but I have also read on the newsgroups.
that it is very buggy and the documentation in the book does not always match up in the game...The feeling I get from reading all the posts...The core of the game is great...some of the bugs stop some people playing(and return it)..while others continue to play it and love it...Some now won't buy it until they here that mprs will patch up the bugs..ALL seem to agree though that if the patches are fixed
you could be looking at a "classic" Like falcon 3 did after a zillion patches...

I can see managements need to get the game out..because if they did not the stock price would be under pressure to go down...That still is not an excuse..they did say they would post the corrections to the manual soon on the web site and it is already corrected in the second printing..No one has said a patch is in the works..but mprs seems to always make a patch if one's needed..
