spoke to a few investors last night, and we stumbled upon the topic
of SPQ. If all goes according to plan the latest rumor is that SPQ
will issue thrugh a PP 10mm shares @ .175 for gross proceeds of $3.5mm
In order for this to happen the price needs to be pushed higher than
.175. My guess is that Nesbitt or First Marathon will act as agents
for this PP.

Looks like these levels will prove to be a bargain when/if the funds
are raised.
