Hi Harold,

My take on NORT is I don't know. The yahoo thread had a great post the gist of which I posted on the 3 amigos thread. If you're in for the long term (6 months - 1 year) and you think oil will stabilize at or above $15/barrel, then anything under 1 1/2 is a good price for NORT since it will surely trade at 2 1/2 again. I suggest if you're interested, to bottom fish between 1 and 1 1/4. Does not appear to be much downside risk below 1, but I think it would take a falling out in OPEC to send it to 1 1/4 or below.

My bottom fishing days are quickly coming to an end. My plan is to slowly average in to something like Fidelity Select Oil Services Fund and maybe average into KEG or Global Marine. (and of course have a GTC for NORT at 1 1/4)

Regards,
Chris
