Does this company file w/ the SEC? I can't find any annual or quarterly reports on EDGAR. I thought that companies listed on the NASDAQ smallcap market had to file under the new rules. Is this the case and if DVNTF does not file, does this mean the stock could get delisted?

The story sounds interesting and it's hard to see why the Chief Scientist at NSCP and the head of North American sales at MSFT would put their reputations on the line by stating publicly that the technology was incredible. However, I have gotten burned in the past by company's with great Boards--sometimes the Board members are out of the loop.

It doesn't seem like anyone really has a handle on this story and whether it is for real. Has anyone spoken with some of these Board members or the CEO of DVNTF to validate the company's claims? I also find it strange that the company has this great new Internet technology so shortly after it divested itself of its printing business. I find no mention of an acquistion and find it hard to believe that such elaborate technology could be developed internally in 6 months. Given the sordid past of this company and the fact that the current CFO is the same CFO that has been there since 1994, one has to be skeptical. Anyone have any answers?....Terry
