If it's very big then there's the urge to flip the shares for a quick profit.<< The Secondary offering price is always very close to the prevailing market price on the day of the Secondary's execution. The company does not wish to antagonize existing shareholders! That has been my experience in all the Secondary offerings that I have come across. Does anybody have a contradictory experience(s)?
