IBM was on the list of Cymer-laser equipped tool recipients, and, as J. Word said, IBM has pioneered all aspects of lithography. The other US companies not appearing an Cymer's end user list are probably in process of getting their DUV tools production ready. Or they may have asked Cymer for anonymity. Indications are that EUV, XRL, etc. are at least five years away from competing with DUV as the illumination source of choice for critical dimensions lithography. Regards, Tulvio
