Flickerful, No, not really. 459 is probably the most common police radio call, particularly for silent burglar alarms going off for no reason. Before you ask, 211 is the section number for robbery and 187 is the section number for murder. These post numbers are a little something that got going over on the Pun thread among us Californians.
