**** MOST LIKELY OFF TOPIC FOR MOST OF YOU****

Good Day! Redhead,

As always, I enjoy reading your interesting and thought provoking opinions and contributions. In most cases they get me to sit up and take notice, and in most cases gets me to put my thinking cap on.

In a recent posting you mentioned , " Imagine how you would feel if you were the president of a company, and all of a sudden, another company claims to be in negotiations with your company to put you out of a job?".

I understand your point of view, and also appreciate the concern or feeling that you have expressed regarding the , "knee jerk reaction"
that you presented!--Regarding the press release!

My own opinion regarding this scenario!

#1. It has been stated on the threads that ATXI? is getting close to be removed from status of regular listing! If I were a shareholder of ATXI? I would be wondering what kind of job the President of the company has been doing to get to this situation!--As a shareholder, I might be thinking what's going on, I would assume that he is well compensated for his efforts? So! If there is problem ? What is he doing to rectify it!

#2. If the president of the company sees that on rumor? there is growing interest and share price value increasing over a short period of time, based on a rumor of an OTC-BB Company possibly having some affiliation in the future, and may be a way or opportunity to save a delisting---As a shareholder, I would expect that the President would be jumping on this opportunity, getting all the details, and track down the management from FAMH, ( If he hasn't heard already--and if he hasn't then as President , he may very well be one of the few people not to know that something may have been developing!).

#3. If I was an ATXI Shareholder and after reading the FAMH news release I would be elated that something is a foot to save the bacon

#4. The last thing as a Shareholder that I would expect is to see a retorte from my Company President, trying to WAVE BYE !! BYE!! to this listing saving and business building opportunity!

#5. If the President that so deniably announced no association with FAMH ( in my opinion) was really that concerned about his future status, it's my guess that he definitely went about it in the wrong way, if he was looking for an opportunity to present his Management and Leadership Skills to any new partnership or affiliation in the future, providing if, as and when such an activity takes place!

#6.Looking at this scenario as a Shareholder in a few other companies, I am not so much concerned about the President of ATXI
( as the impression that I got from his response in his news release is that he is not all that concerned about the ATXI Shareholders, as much as in my opinion, he is concerned about his own personal conncerns!)---I am more concerned about the lack of a positive feeling that the ATXI Management has created for it's shareholders!

Next Steps!

In my opinion! Which ever way the negotiations end up between FAMH and ATXI???----The end result will have done the following for FAMH!-------Increased it's Investor Community following ( In a very big way, in a very short period of time!)---I think a Masterful Accomplishment by Ira!!

Also! Demonstrated to the Management and Shareholders of a listed Company the impact that FAMH ( currently an OTC-BB Stock) can provide---mainly because of it's profitable situation in a very dynamic and fast growing and profitable industry!

I wish I really new what was next! But! I don't! However! In my opinion when I first starting investing in FAMH Shares in .22 cent range, I was hoping for a shareholding in an up an coming, exciting and dynamic company, in potentially an explosive industry--and recognizing that it was high risk , but in my opinion also the potential with high return on my investment!

In my opinion, I have gotten way more then I ever imagined possible!
And in my view , this is just the beginning of the FAMH Growth Story!

It's my guess that in the real world of the Stock Zone, there is a lot of cut throat type activities that take place as a daily state of affairs, and it's my speculative guess that it just doesn't happen amongst up and coming OTC-B.B. Companies, and Listed Companies that are scheduled to be delisted!--I feel it happens at times in many major listed Exchange Compamies, in all industries, and in all walks of life!

Earlier a very knowledgable and clearly communicative poster shared their thoughts regarding OTC-BB Stocks! Although I appreciate the input ( I do mean that!)--I find it always a little more difficult to take to heart ( even when it is given with all good motives and intentions)--
---when the individual is not currently a vested shareholder in the company!

In closing , I have seen some very strange , and in my opinion, some very inappropriate press and news releases from companies that are considered by some industry experts as solid, well managed , and well respected companies!

It's my feeling that it should not necessarily be taken for granted that
established companies , with very high ethical standards, do not ever have any dirty laundry that they are hiding in the closet!--If anyone believes this to be true and 100% accurate, then to you I would remind you that you should do what is right for you in your investment decisions! ( Just my own opinion!)

On the other hand, for those of you that have tried to convince some followers on this and other threads , that OTC-BB Stocks, are in no way credable, or do not have the means or whereabouts or potential to build a business, or can acquire or maintain the type of Management /Leadership of an ethical standard to move them to a high profile and status?

To that I would say you are living in a Dream World! ( In my own opinion!)

Personally, I am a supporter of FAMH, and Ira, and support him in his efforts to quickly and assertively move our business forward. Yes! I would agree that his management style is probably different than I might demonstrate, but that is most likely why Ira is leading the FAMH army and not someone like myself!

I do not envy his job for one second! And in efforts to come to Ira's defence, in my view the only thing that Ira might be guilty of is attempting to be too open and straight forward with the FAMH Shareholders!

Earlier , someone added in my impression, an excellent contribution where they mentioned that Ira would release the audited financial data, when it was in the best interest of the company!
Right On! Ira!!! ( In my own opinion!)

As far as what the share price will do tomorrow! I'm more interested as to what the share price will be come April and the months ahead!

Sorry! For all the BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!

One further comment about the female discussion that I appear to have started! In my previous business experiences, when and where I had the choice, I always tried to have more females when possible on my team, I found them to be more loyal, trusting, and astute, then you know who! ( And they were able to get to the point, a little faster than myself!)

Best Regards, ( My last posting of the day!)

Wayne J.
