Jerk? Why has II cut the earnings estimate from 16 cents to 14 cents. Also, it seems unusual for a company to provide forward looking statements like earnings estimates to selected investors. In fact, such predictions might be illegal. Glad you committed that statement to writing so that Mr. Pink can enclose it in his file which He is putting together for the SEC. They might be contacting you soon, just to verify that the company has been providing projections. In fact when Mr. pink visited the company, they were happy as clams to show their internal projections. This doesn't seem too kosher. In fact it might not be legal. BTW do you have any background information on Milton Puryear. Everyone knows Karl Reeves is just a broker at Taglich brothers. (just call and ask; they'll tell you) What other companies does Puryear cover? What is his background? Is he qualified to render opinions in securities analysis. Mr. pink read his report which was long but had material mistatements and mistakes (i.e. no tax rate and stated that Summit was a current lender. He also had no idea Ricearoni was in bankruptcy.) Doesn't seem like very thorough research to Mr. Pink. The 16 cent estimate still seems fair to Mr. Pink given ACRT's tremendous prospects. Why would people be excited by a company which grew earnings by just a penny over the last quarter. Also do you expect income from the TAD business to drop again this quarter as it did in the last quarter, Davef? Thank you again and thanks for your comments. Actually, Mr. pink is so excited by the 16 cent estimate that he has a good mind to cover his short in advance of the number. Mr. Pink
