AGREEMENT ON SEPT-ILES PROPERTY

MONTREAL, Oct. 25 /CNW/ - St. GeneviŠve Resources Ltd. (``St.
GeneviŠve'') is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent with
Noranda Mines and Exploration Inc. (``Noranda'') on the Lac … l'Aigle
property, located in Sept-Iles area, Quebec.
The property consists of 123 claims located NNE of the recent
nickel-copper discovery by the Government of Quebec. Noranda has granted St.
GeneviŠve a 20% interest in the claim block as a consideration for introducing
Noranda to the Copper-zinc-nickel occurrences of St. GeneviŠve's Lac Manitou
project, in the Sept-Iles area. St. GeneviŠve intends to carry out an
aggressive exploration program on the Lac … l'Aigle, property, in order to
increase its participation in the joint venture. In addition to the Noranda
block, St. GeneviŠve directly owns nearly 1500 claims in the region.
St. GeneviŠve is a mining exploration Company whose primary objectives
are the acquisition and development of mineral opportunities in Canada and in
emerging countries.
