As far as I know CAYC is a US company with some foreign management. They used to have a corporate office in Las Vegas but no longer. I wouldn't be too concerned about what little you found since you did talk with Ken Liebscher but made no attempt to ask him questions to answer your concerns.

In effect you raised questions in your post that could have been answered by Mr. Ken Liebscher but chose not to. One can only guess your motivation. Perhaps it is because you've been roundly put down on this board and exposed as a raiser of false issues, a spreader of lies and innuendo. That's one big Ax you've got grinding. Have a nice life.
