Time to buy India Fund yet? Discount has grown dramatically; no doubt there is concern over political instability with indecisive BJP victory, as well as possible BJP policies. But could BJP resistance to foreign direct investment in consumer sectors, see, e.g.,

while bad for the overall economy, be good for stocks of some Indian companies? -- Shoe (no position yet, except slightly long India through APF)
