Mark, I don't know the rules well, but I have seen stocks halted for only an hour, or a day. The NASD had to call Reidel, the CEO of Atrix either right before or right after the halt was put on. I have the PRN news release time stamped at 5:51 est. The stock was halted around 3:30? The first release was around 3:15, although only the corrected version is on the database I use. It took Reidel, the CEO, who owns less than 100,000 shares between him and the CFO Gerber, almost 2 hours to come up with that release? Something stinks, and it's not FAMH. I think they are out of the loop. They have a $5 chip on the table and are down to their underwear, no socks, no shoes. I personally think Mathwig and the others, including Ira, are dealing the deck, and it is loaded in our favor. If they "truly" didn't know what was going on, or only talked to "persons claiming to represent Firamada"( notice the "no comment" in the star tribune article ), then they are either not with it (ATXI revenue tells a story anyway), or they know they are on the way out, hence the condescending tone of the release. Just my speculation, but it makes sense to me.

Jin.
