Stockman,,, Here is TC Computers list of those "one of a kind" AMD 266 motherboards you keep talking about. These are the ones that TC sells. tccomputers.com The Asus SP97-V also has the video chip built onto the board. The board without CPU sells for $85 to $89. The board with AMD K6-266 sells for $409 at TC Computers. I think you have lost your compatability argument about the AMD K6-266 and existing socket 7 boards. Buckwheat
