Moi???????? Are you saying I'm a trouble maker?? No! Never!

Like the man said. We have $5,000,000 to buy back shares but can't spare a little for an operating entity?

If none of the divisions are making money, how the heck do we expect to sell them off for $300,000,000??? I know. I know. They haven't been making money because they are in start-up mode.

I'll tell you folks one thing, though. I keep seeing lots of advertisements for
internet faxing, and none of those ads are being placed by Cyberfax.
It doesn't do one bit of good to have a better mouse trap (real time faxing) if no one knows you have it.

And, why do we presume to believe that DCI and its IB are in a better
position to assemble a bunch of neat little teleco's than someone like one of the babybells? It doesn't make sense to me that we can build a little empire that no one else can.

Let's not get sanguine about what is (might be, maybe could be) happening. So far, we've seen one really good move - the sale of CardCall UK for a bunch of SMTK shares. An outstanding move. No doubt about it. But before that, there were some really questionable
moves. I for one am still not totally convinced we are going to make
it to the promised land in this boat. George E.
