Well Jin et al,

I have now read the last 500 posts.

My opinion is this:

Ira Monas is constantly running ahead of the competition. Whatever is reported publicly was devised privately some time before.

Ira has positioned Firamada to initiate a hostile takeover, if necessary. You can bet he has already secured the support for it, too, from ATXI shareholders.

The last-minute denial by ATXI on Friday was a last-ditch effort from a wounded company.

IMO this deal will go through and ATXI won't have a say in the matter.

You all are debating the short-term effects of this deal. The long-term effect is a fair market value for FAMH.

I will hold and probably add to my current 100,000+ shares.
