To ALL: The Story in a Nutshell as I see it... FAMH has the CASH to buy whatever ATXI shares they need to control the whole thing. Who knows, with Wexford and others, they may ALREADY control ATXI. Score: Team FAMH...... MORE than 51% of the Total Outstanding Shares. Team ATXI.......... LESS than 25% of the Total Outstanding Shares. FAMH WINS !! I think this deal is as good as DONE ! It's all over but the shouting. The ATXI Board might not like it, but I don't think they have much choice. The Audited Financials are also DONE and show 10.85› EPS for 1997. Ira will put them out when it is most productive for the company and the shareholders. It's an "ace in the hole" so to speak. Do the research. READ the information that's publicly available. Don't just take my word for it. These are my conclusions. Every investor should only do what fits their own level of risk tolerance. Best wishes, Brad
