Welcome aboard the Princess, you are now on the Promenade Deck. This is where we shall hold all future discussions. I do insist that Gopher, Isaac, Doc and Julie attend all meetings as they do most of the information-gathering for me. On occasion some of our celebrity guests may join us. Just so you know, Charo is aboard and is with us at our meeting today. Captain Stubing's favorite episodes were when Charo was on board. Heheheheh.

But on to the business at hand. The first item on the agenda are the current rumblings coming out the company. The current rumor mill says this. We could see 10 million shares returned to the company. Rest assured that the Board of Directors shall forfeit theirs (speaking of the Board of Directors, Isaac informs me that there is already of list of individuals which will make up the new Board). That would mean the infamous Mr. Huttoe could lose 3.4 million shares of restricted stock, and whatever shares he has left. Now, let me assure you this. Captain Stubing has been sailing the Caribbean and South American waters for many years, and has met many nefarious financial types. They all seem to have one thing in common. And that is an interest in certain countries such as Barbados and the Cayman Islands. Yes, offshore accounts are no stranger to this veteran of the seas. Just as we know the sun will come up tomorrow shining here in the Caribbean, we can bank on somebody having stashed away dough from the sight of the securities regulators. But I do have to wonder if the regulators are looking into that.

Another great concern of the shareholders is this re-audit of the 10-K. Julie has informed me that she's heard there will not be any significant changes on the 10-K. However, perhaps some of these shady transactions may come to light. Captain Stubing believes it is only fair that honest shareholders be enlightened about the private placement deals that the CEO tried so hard to cover up. Julie also believes that the auditors were on the up-and-up, and were most likely duped. Michaelson & Co. and Finkel most likely will not be a part of this investigation. Julie also thinks that the new accounting firm will audit this company will a fine-tooth comb, and the resulting 10-K will be very thorough. Rest assured they will be working as fast as possible to complete this audit. Julie also believes that the audit is at the request of the SEC, and that Mr. Walther and the SEC have ironed most of the problems out. Julie is very confident that the SEC will not harm the company. As you might not noticed outside, it's a little cloudy today, but my weather maps indicate much smoother sailing later on in our excursion. Julie thinks the SEC already knows the whole story, and is now fishing for information to bury the ex-CEO.

Isaac shall be coming around with your drink orders. Ladies, I must warn you to steer clear of Doc. He just got divorced (for the seventh time) and he appears to be on the prowl. Gentleman, take your eyes of Charo.

Not that it appears that we shall emerge from this tropical depression intact, perhaps it is important that we discuss the longer term picture of this company. For that information, I have asked Richard Dean Anderson, made famous by his role in McGyver, to conduct some thorough research on the company. As many of you know, there are questions about the company's technology, as well as whether certain business relationships exist. Those of you unfamiliar with McGyver should know that he is an absolute genius, the Elvis of creating mindboggling gadgets out of everyday ordinary objects. Now, although Richard Dean is an honest man, he specifically states that it is imperative that other technically proficient individuals visit the Virginia office and see the progress for themselves. McGyver despises laziness, and urges those complainers and whiners out there to get on the ball and find out these answers themselves.

There is some very impressive technology being worked on at the company right now. They are moving forward on several fronts, including some very impressive software, as well as improving on the open architecture that will allow them to quickly adapt systems to numerous solutions. There is work being done on cameras that will dramatically enhance the systems. Some of these new enhancements shall be forthcoming in December. Richard Dean informs me that the company is confident that their technology will be far in advance of their competitors. Don't automatically assume that the company is marrying itself to analog solutions if they can improve on digital solutions. In short, they are definitely not sitting still on the technology they have, but improving it at a very quick pace.

Now I don't want any bashing of Richard Dean as to why he isn't being more specific. You've all seen McGyver. It's not his style to flaunt his knowledge, but instead build confidence in his comrades and challenge them to find their own answers to the riddles and mysteries they encounter. Gopher informs me that many of you individuals are very technically adept. Accept that challenge, and find this out. It can be done, and has been done by individuals visiting the company or speaking with some of the technical group.

But what is good technology without the network to sell it. As many of you know, SEXI does not have a large sales staff, so it relies on its Value Added Resellers, which in these parts are referred to as VARs. Doc has done a bang-up job investigating this, and I think it bodes well for the company. For starters, Doc claims that the Sprint VAR has been inked for over two months now. It's that simple. There have been public proclamations regarding companies such as SAIC, ICE, MTI and VueCom. Doc has also heard a rumor of another major VAR coming aboard, although he vehemently denies that it is Excel Communications. There are foreign relationships. They do exist. Doc was very close-mouthed about these inner dealings, as he doesn't find it appropriate to comment on such things until they are publicly announced.

So there you have it. At this point your challenge is to investigate what kind of technologies this company is working on. It's as simple as that. Figure out what's going on there, and everything else will fall into place.

Now I need to get back to the Bridge. We're passing Cuba right now and weather forecasts are for a little turbulence until we reach the southern Caribbean. Extended forecasts call for smooth sailing all the way down to Rio.

So get to work people, and quit your complaining. I have faith you will do some hard research and find out what kind of wonderful things the engineers in Virginia are doing. Remember, the engineers run the company now, not the Used Car Salesman.
