Let us assume for International Management Purposes that we all speak English, heheheh, have you been to Venezuela yourself old boy. The God that a person "believes" in and the word God in the English language are different. An Arab or a French person might have a different definition of the word God but I have posted here the Etymology of the word according to the OED for English speakers.

Given that we agree the word exists, given that Ask God is a clear concept, how do you get to "God Say's" at all, let alone get there hand in hand with Ask God. Perhaps you better check the subject here, Mr. Garcia's intention was clear, direct your comments straight to God, he doesn't think God will answer. A fun idea don't you think. Apparently you seemed to have missed mark's dialog with the Christians, apparently they think he is an unbeliever, apparently that is the misunderstanding.
