'Y2K: Next week, on April 7, I'll be presenting the keynote dinner speech
for a Y2K roundtable of top representatives of the world's banking and
finance community organized by the Bank for International Settlements in
Basle. I'll do my best to alarm them. Speaking of the Titanic: A new
theory is that it sank because of defective rivets. Think of our
Y2K-defective computers as the rivets of our global economic ship.
