< tests comparing 56kFlex and X2 are somewhat moot because of the new V.34 standard> Jethro, not really. The technological lead exhibited by the x2 will be carried forward into the v.90 implementation. People cannot put different v.90 modems to the test because most the flex camp companies arn't even shipping their v.90 modems yet. 3COM is already shipping - I bought one for my friend this week. It would be interesting to see if there indeed are differences in performance or not in some future tests. Mang
