<The world is aglow with information!>

I briefly heard about the computer/TV combo. Society is on the same parabolic curve as the stock market. I was once very interested in this type of thing; a favorite old book was Toffler's "Third Wave".

Of course, I'm now living the Third Wave and don't spend the time to read about it.

An interesting (to me) advance was a recent news comment on MRIs being used to detect places in the brain that receive insufficient amounts of oxygen (SI needs subscripts, I would have liked to type that as O sub 2). The natural leap, I would think, is to eventually "juice up" the brain by somehow adding oxygen to the brain selectively. In essence, boosting the brain's capacity.
