I don't see anything wrong with selling 75% of ones holdings, especially if the guy is under diversified. He still has 25% of his portfolio in one basket, that speaks very positively. Personally I try not to have more than about 10 to 20% of my portfolio in a single issue. Most of the upper management are being paid in options as well, so a little selling is not to be construed as people dumping on the inside. Say wouldn't it make more sense to dump 100% if you knew the top was near? But who can guess the top for any stock? Not I!
