To all....regarding the RNTK/TX deal.....

1) It has not been totally consummated yet, IMHO. If it had, it would have been announced. I also believe it's very close to being done.

2) Assuming it's consummated, it will give TX exclusive rights to use RNTK's demonstrated/proven GTL catalyst/process to produce products from refinery bottoms that have been gasified using established methods. TX will also be able to relicense it to others for that purpose, with additional royalties to RNTK of course.

- This is the major near-term GTL plum for RNTK.
- The facility cost/payback/time-to-production factors are excellent
- TX likely could have a demo unit running in about 12 months
- Don't need to wait until the next millennium.......

3) RNTK will be totally free to license its GTL catalyst/process to other companies for other (non-refinery bottoms) applications.

- If Syntroleum stumbles......hmmmmm

Have a great week everyone!
H.W.
