Henry: I'm all for relocating Naxos headquarters and incorporation to the USA. I have posted that on several occasions. However, it seems to me that California is the wrong location. Why does not Nevada or a mining friendly state make more sense? Better yet why not incorporate the operation in Delaware or some other corp./business friendly state and register the company in Nevada? Obviously one has to consider taxes, etc. but I would be willing to bet a bundle that franchise taxes, corp. taxes, etc. are much better in Nevada than in California. I realize that a large portion of Nevada may be rural and may not have the infrastructure you'd like to see but that would not apply to Las Vegas or Reno. Either of those would make a good choice. I read an article in Forbes about all the businesses which were bailing out of Calif. to go to Nevada over tax issues, over regulation and environmental concerns. I can't see how Naxos would not be in the same situation. A mining company in California? What are your thoughts?
