I believe that was the only benefit that Aware received in the latest Aware/ADI agreement. I would speculate that the potential for a buyout has now increased significantly. To the best of my knowledge, Aware didn't receive any other benefit other than that they are now free of ADI. This doesn't mean that they won't continue to work with ADI, but they will be free to look elsewhere.
