This looks like an acknowledgement from a giant European company that W-CDMA owes a lot to CDMAOne and hence QCOM IPR. I suspect Phillips has decided to come clean and use this opportunity to get ahead of ERICY in the market, while ERICY battles it out in court. Is this the first W-CDMA license granted ?
