It is very disturbing that SoftQuad has not released news per their specific performance representation late last week they were issuing pre-opening bell Monday, *30 March 1998, and in light of 56,000 [SWEBF] shares traded at 5/8, as a matter of record.

*note: this is the fourth change for numbers release date in re: W4, FY 1997 numbers.
