The way ATXI has held strong makes me think the street doesn't believe
the deal is off either. I suspect either today or in the next couple
of days we'll get a joint PR saying the deal is signed by both parties.
Personally I think the ATXI management got upset with the release
stating their resignation... since they don't own much ATXI stock they
don't have much going for them other than their jobs.
