It is hard to believe Alomex's "neutral" as he predicted Q2 will be in red. How can a person have such a negative view with "neutral" rating.

Very simple. This quarter is historically very weak. The average drop on revenues for this quarter is around 15%. Now, if Apple is in the red with a 7-10% drop in revenues, I'd say this is very good and more than warranting a neutral ranking.

I also belive that it is likely at year end's Apple will be in the black. I'm waiting for this quarter's figures to get a clearer picture. Once again, for a company that has lost billions over the last couple of years, finishing in the black, if only by $100 million, surely warrants a neutral rating, this quarter losses included and all.
