Tahoe, I still don't think ESVS would be in trouble. They said they were doing a deal with NETZ, contingent on completion of the audited financial reports. No reports, no deal, breach of agreement, everybody walks away, just like it says in the fine print.

The only way I can see where ESVS *might* get in trouble would be if it could be shown that there was never any intention to provide audited financials, and it was just a life-extension sham for ESVS.

But if the deal falls through, ESVS will once again be short of the listing requirements, and I suspect that they'd just be delisted, without any investigation.
